IT Support Engineer
Bristol (Remote)
Salary up to £36,000
CV Screen is recruiting for an IT Support Engineer with solid Windows experience, to join a rapidly growing company within the IT Industry. If you also have Linux experience, this is a big plus. The role is based in Bristol, but is fully remote with a visit to the office every few months.
YOUR DUTIES AS IT SUPPORT ENGINEER WILL INCLUDE:
- Provide 1st–3rd line infrastructure and application support.
- Diagnose, resolve, and document Windows, Linux, and network issues.
- Administer servers, Azure, Active Directory, Docker, and related services.
- Deploy patches, updates, and perform basic SQL maintenance.
- Monitor and analyse system and application logs.
REQUIREMENTS:
The IT Support Engineer will ideally have the following experience:
- Self-starter able to manage workload and priorities.
- Clear communicator with all business levels.
- Experience or interest in Windows/Linux, Azure, networking, and automation.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Salary up to £36,000

LOCATION:
The role is remote, with a visit to the Bristol office once every few months.
